Tips for using Satellite finder / सैटेलाइट फाईन्डर उपयोग के सुझाव

1. Connect the "To LNB" and "To STB" connector correctly as written on the Satellite Finder. Never connect in reverse.
१. हमेशा सही कनेक्टर देखकर जोड़ें, कभी उल्टा ना जोड़ें |



2. Do not hold or keep the Satellite Finder directly in front of the dish or near the LNB to prevent wrong full-scale reading always due to noise. Its better to keep it below the dish or little away from it.
२. सैटेलाइट फाईन्डर को डिश के सीधे सामने ना रखिये, ऐसे हमेशा गलत फुल स्केल रीडिंग मिलेगा, उसे डिश के नीचे या थोडा दूर रखें |



3. If there is a full-scale deflection, reduce the reading by turning knob accordingly and again check for peak signals.
३. सैटेलाइट फाईन्डर की सुई फुल स्केल होते ही रीडिंग कम करें बटन घुमाकर और फिर से जाँचें |

4. If the LNB Output Signal gain is more than 70dB, connect a 100 Ohms resistor to act as an Attenuator.
४. अगर एल.एन.बी का सिग्नल गेन ७० dB से ज्यादा हो तो १०० Ohms के resistor को भी जोड़ें |


5. Do not move the dish quickly, move slowly and wait for a few seconds to get the correct indication.
५. डिश को जल्दी में ना घुमाएँ, धीरे से घुमाकर कुछ क्षण रुकें सही रीडिंग के आने तक |

Thanks Mazhar bhai. The price is from Rs250 to Rs500 depending on the features included like simple indicator model or with LED light indicator etc.

Yes Mazhar bhai, it works for both C and Ku-bands. Also this Satellite Finder does not need batteries as it draws power from the Satellite Receiver.
