i need to fond anser my questen

i have royel pakege includ hd
i live mideast
i cant get signal from nss 6 95e
only asiasat 5 100.5e
we get 1m strong siganl asiasat 5 100.5e
the activation card it send nss 5 95 e or also asiasat 5 100.5e ?
i click blue buttion i not see date of card change
what can be reson
