NE channel test started on Measat 3 (91.5E)

3631H “NE TV Test Card” has started on, DVB-S,
MPEG-2, Fta, SR 4320, FEC 3/4, (Global Beam)

3631H “NE Hi-Fi Test Card” has started on, DVB-S,
MPEG-2, Fta, SR 4320, FEC 3/4, (Global Beam)

3631H “NE Bangla Test Card” has started on, DVB-S,
MPEG-2, Fta, SR 4320, FEC 3/4, (Global Beam)

As i heard, it will be available from may 24 th.

But some DTH's have dropped this channel already i guess...

There is a major transmission problem going on for all NETV network channels... as anilsk has notified the start of the channels on Measat 3, the channels may be back on air i guess

Moreover it is using global beam facility, so theses channels will be available with max earth coverage. I wonder what is the use of global beam for any regional channel like NE channels.

Lots of assamese people staying abroad too, and they demand assamese channels... Keeping in view of this may be they have gone for global beam....
