I was AirTel customer. Due to poor coverage, I ported to AIRCEL.
Since then, My problem is increased.
I dont know why these problems.
Recently, I opt for Chillax Pack 41 which offers 500 L/N Sms, 500 Local A2A Sms and 250 MB 2G Data.
But I havent got later two benefits.
Mailed so many times, called 198 several times, but no resolution.
I feel, I am being cheated by AIRCEL.
Their system is so faulty and Cc is like puppets.
so sad, aircel is bad really.
I am truly agree with you.Aircel have cheated most of us.They don't provide as concerning service as they told on.

Aircel signal quality is very good in my circle.
Hardly faced signal drop problem or call drop problem with Aircel .
They offer cheap call rates as copared to other giants like AirTel & Vodafone.
Ther GPRS service is also reasonable & works fine for me.
Having said that, Aircel charges too much when roaming is concerned.
Rs 3.45 for one outgoing SMS, when in roaming is out of proportion

Aircel got 3G in my circle, but when 2G and calls are considered, its one of the worst.
I am in with Vodafone since 5 years and I am super happy. Yes, their charges are higher than others, but no other operator can match the call clarity and customer service.

I have Vodafone, airtel, mtnl & aircel....
All except mtnl is super in call quality in my circle ....
