Actually i am still not clear what is a unparied card, that's why asking this.
Moreover these cards are difficult to find out it was unconscious mistake by dth companies to issue unpaired smartcard. Because unpaired cards are headache for dth companies because with the help of that cards piracy may arise or service provider never allow to use their card to be use in any other stb
