As I am not getting free preview of tv channel in my HD+ PVR box . I want to know how many of you are getting free preview.

Sorry to Hear this bro. As far as I know it is available to all HD and HD+ subscribers. Tata Play provides free Preview to subscribers automatically as there are no basic methods to claim it. I am getting 5 minutes Preview in a day since 2018. Kindly contact Customer care if there are any possible method.

Was getting free preview in my HD box but after upgrade to HD+ box not getting free preview.
