Subscribe Channels Instantly on Website

I have requested to videocon customer care to add Disney Junior and News X in my package Super Gold
but it was not activated even after 2 days
as usual its worst service by customer care

So I tried to subscribe on website
by clicking on option a la carte with base package
after clicking on option, it was asked to give email and password
after giving email and pass word
list of channels was listed
i have choosed 2 of my channels which was wanted to subscribe
after clicking Yes
both the channels were Activated instantly. I was sursprised to seeing the speed of Activation of channels

also received a sms
dear customer your selected a la carte channels has been activated in your subscription

so better to use website, no need to call customer care.
