today i got a call from tatasky executives.they told that he wants feedback from me.They first told that which channels i want to see.I told that i want to see wwe,hollywood movies.And he added tensports then he added zee studio and star movies.Really pathetic service.I never told him to add these channels but he added these.Then after the disconnection of call the message had come to my mobile that these package has alreay added.Sometimes before i called to cc.he told me that within this month i cannot deactivate these channels...After 1 month i can deactivate this...Really socking.pls help me......

create a Service Request For Deactivation, if you are not agree Sure amount Credited in Your Account.

u can call free on toll free number 18001806633 And complaint about your issue,
Every call is recorded, you can complain about someone who calls you and the money deducted and channel activated in your account without your permission ! Sure tatasky credited amount in your account if u are right and don't say yes when he ask ...can i activate these channel
