Direct to Home (DTH) operator Airtel Digital TV has recently revised the price upgrade price for Airtel Xstream Box from the existing Rs 2249 to Rs 2300. The upgrade price is now Rs 51 costly. Airtel is now also allowing those upgrading to Airtel Xstream Box to subscribe to any of Airtel’s recently launched OTT bundles.
Airtel earlier used to charge Rs 1999 plus Rs 250 as Engineer visit charges for upgrading the existing set-top box to Xstream Box. The same will now cost you Rs 2050 (box price) plus Rs 250 as the installation price. The overall cost has risen from Rs 2249 to Rs 2300.

Those upgrading to Airtel Xstream Box can also choose between Rs 1699 and Rs 2399 OTT bundles which Airtel has brought in recently. Rs 1699 OTT bundle offers a 1-year subscription to Airtel Xstream Premium, Disney+ Hotstar VIP, and ZEE5 Premium. Rs 2399 OTT bundle offers Amazon Prime 1 year subscription on top of the Rs 1699 OTT bundle benefits.
According to the dedicated microsite on Airtel’s website, Xstream Box upgrade offer is only available in select cities namely -Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Panchkula, Chandigarh, Mohali.
