when i try to add channel through selfcare it shows previous order in process bros any idea how much maximum time take to order request accept/rejected

i added through selfcare by deepu darling bros said procedure. but catch is my monthly rental not increased rental shows like earlier before added gubbare topup looks like this channel is free until it added on selfcare original kids genre add/remove topup section 😅😅
