I've added 2 MOb. No.s in my cust.ID for dth....but whenever i send sms to add channel from
airtel No. it says "This req cud not be completed as this is not RMN"??? I dont get this..
any1 tried to add channels from non-Reg Mob. No.????

Call Customer Care & ask them to remove your second mobile number.Keep only a single mobile no. as RMN then all alerts/sms will come in that number.
