Looking at these it's confirmed that it's GSAT 31 and not GSAT 10 H

Looking at this I'm thinking Its Gsat 10 H only bro .. look at the frequency If It was Gsat 31 than same Insat Frequency Ts have used it like they did with Gsat 10 with V .
