Looks like they have tied up with MXPlayer to get these channels onboard on Binge Box. All these cha available on mobile app of MXPlayer, android or smart TV app does not have live channels

Why don’t we can say that tata play cannot provide iptv channels on stb as per govt regulations.

There is no technical issue. If they can provide travel xp 4k hdr then there should be no technical issue

Jio fiber streams TV channels through their own OTT app Jio TV+ or Broadcasters OTT apps, NTO is applicable for IP TV, Cable & Satellite TV. TRAI clears Jio fiber's TV streams from OTT as Govt not regulated OTTs in India till date. So, TATA play can stream all channels/streams on binge STB with high quality.
