2222 stb stop working

5 days ago when i pluged my 2222 stb there was no disply on tv and stb on/of red light was blinking is it softwere problem?

May be, Try To Reset The Stb by Back side Reset button and start it again.

2 days ago I had the same problem with my 2222 stb, I called CC, they said it was software problem. Within an our their engineer came, took stb to their office and returned after half an hour after installing software. Now working good from last two days. I don't know about reset.
