This change possible all these old LCN r presently out of mandatory 1 year lock in ambit, shopping chs had been there for a long time.

Let's see what more changes happen. They can even move hindi movie chs from LCN 252 onwards (excluding ones like Surya Movie, Maha Movie etc. which r in 1 year LCN lock in period) and add pending chs. Even Cinema TV, Cineplex LCN can be altered which was their original plan as these have been present on current LCN for a duration beyond what rule suggests

As You rightly said @dino29 Bhai - but added to that it seems the LCN of these Shopping Channels done in terms of more Incentives + Penetration in Audiences mind. They placed these Shopping Channels in between Mainstream Hindi GEC & Rerun Hindi GEC so that Audiences or Subscribers everytime change channels these Shopping Channels will more penetrate in the Eyes and Mind. And for that these Shopping Channels will provide more incentives or/ Fees to DPO.

So soon ts will start change in lcn of rest of the channels as all things falls in line.☺

TS is waiting for the response from Trai side as they have pledged them to allow for Mega LCN Change. In between TS Management regularly Meeting with the Broadcasters to come on a Mutual Agreement for lucrative Incentives and other pending issues.
Also ADTV will place their pledge before Trai for 4 Digital LCN Arrangements very soon.

If this happen then it will be again more Weird things on the Board. But there are News in the Market that TS is thinking of separating Pay Hindi Movie Channel & FTA Hindi Movie Slots. So who knows in near future You can observe FTA Hindi Movie Channels from LCN 180 onwards. Let's see.
