402. Faulty viewing card

Pls help . It works for few minutes sometimes hours and dhen suddenly comes 402 in my screen. After complaints at customer care. Got a call today with a beautiful words sorry have no men power we cannot help. Can u help me asap . Bcs I can't view any channels from last couple of days

Either u get viewing card replaced or upgrade to dish nxt stb(it has built in VC)

If they are unable to come then you can yourself take the STB to the Dish TV dealer and he would check and replace the STB is warranted .

Better option will be to upgrade Ur connection to Dish NXT as the old box would not be in warranty.
