Some of them may continue for non stop users as it was part of 100 channels declared by DishTV as given free while taking non stop pack I doubt they will go back from that as it was part of Bharat Pack non stop for 3 years,still we have to keep our fingers crossed on 1st March,2019 to know the result or decision by Dishtv.

Most of them continued as predicted by me for non stop pack users

They cannot remove individual channels from Any LDP...unless those channels are removed from their network.
