Breaking 9 New Channels Launching By Star Network w.e.f. March 15

Many of the new channels might actually turn out like Star Kiran HD. Officially launched, but not added by anyone. I suspect this will be the case for channels like Disney Channel HD, Asianet Movies HD and Vijay Super HD. It’s not what we want, but it may very well happen.

Star has long standing legacy of doing that.
1. Star Sports Marathi (Launched for their own happiness )
2. Asianet HD (Launched in hurry to become 1st Malayalam HD channel, but added on all platforms after big delay)

So, don't know what's cooking in their heads.

Asianet movies HD will be the first HD malayalam movie channel.. So defenetely will be on all major platform.. Hope d2h will add first

Hungama and Super Hungama are Disney properties. And Disney is mainly based on kids and teenagers' programming. So it's not possible.

Just in papers. The Walt Disney Company India itself half dead or transformed into Disney Star. Apart from consumer products everything was dissolved into Star India. But technically Disney India, Star India, UTV, Asianet etc are seperate licence holders.

There are 3 days left for the launch of Star Gold Thrills and Star Gold Romance which I am very excited…. But I feel doubtful and worried on the content of SG Thrills because I don’t want the channel to be in the lines of UTV Action I have high expectations from this channel. I want this channel to broadcast action movies like Pathaan Tiger 3 War Vikram and many more…. There is no need to be worried on the content of SG Romance… I really hope that SG Thrills does not go in the lines of UTV Action.

I think, they will launch the channels at 12 am midnight. And then they will release promos like, "UTV Action is now Star Gold Thrills".

Bro, UTV Action is good for Hollywood lovers. For Bollywood, other channels are present. And giving Hollywood movies at just 2rs./month is very very good and hoping that after converting to S.G.Thrills, it will maintain this legacy.
