All these channels catering to rich and elite audience prefer to be available mainly on Tata Sky, no other dth or cable operator has such deep penetration in this segment. Won't be surprised if there is an exclusive contract signed between the 2 parties which bars addition of this channel on other platforms for that stipulated period. It serves interests of both parties equally, Tata Sky will again gain edge in providing premium content while TV Today along with reaching target audience will also get feedback regarding subscriber + advertiser response before taking future decision on expanding further. Tata Sky has had such agreement in past too with service channel like Tata Sky Fitness which made its way on Dish D2h only post end of exclusivity period
