Better not believe ratings of news channels, we all know how manupilation happens not only in registering but presenting it to us. NDTV hardly gets viewers bcoz cable operators block it, also there have been news about how people r paid to watch specific channels in sample homes where meters r installed

May be good reach possible as Tata Sky has majority premium HD subscribers, adding limited share of cable subscribers to it can add up to a good figure but 96% is doubtful
