Seeking Help Aastha[482] channel always shows Signal Not Available

Hello,

I have tried scanning a few times, and resetting the box to no avail. 482 always shows Signal Not Available along with one other channel.

Is anyone else facing this? Can this be solved without an engg visit?

I have 2244RF box, will try to check signals of all TPs as you said and will report.

Bro 1st check channels in same tp
If all not coming then alignment issues
