What is your need on channels bro? It seems you are expecting South channels. But based on the language preference only we can suggest.
If you want more Tamil channels then go with D2H for sure.
For Telugu you can opt Dish TV.
For Malayalam you can opt D2H.
Not sure about Kannada.
But if you want to choose D2H south pack from Mumbai, you have to raise a special request as one of our old member did. Not sure how to raise such a request. You can request a call to get a new connection from D2H on their website. May be you can ask about selecting South packs from Mumbai during that call. I think they will allow you since any business community will not want to lose a customer. It is all in the way you are asking them about this.

even for kannada channels you can choose d2h, if you are just a regional channels viewer, d2h is good choice..
