abs2 75e problem

friends why in north india russian channels not recvied now i checked no channel i get some months ago 50% singnal i got but now 0% only some indian chanels are run here any one know some about this problem
than reply me .

Russian beam signal not available in India now,
It was available till last year when ABS 1 sat was working,
Now it's ABS2,
Even Russian beam not coming on 12 feet Dish.
