Absolute Hotel Services India and Mumbai-based KBJ Group will launch a mid-market hotel, The Mishka, Electronic City, Bengaluru. According to the company release, the hotel will have 90 rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop lounge bar, a spa and gym, and meeting rooms. It is slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2012 and will offer 25 standard rooms, 40 deluxe rooms and 25 executive rooms. This is the third management contract between the two companies.
“We are delighted to be working with the KBJ Group on yet another Hotel. It has been a great partnership and The Mishka just goes to cement the relationship further. With the large number of IT organisations concentrated in the area, a mid-tier purpose-built international three-star hotel is an excellent and viable option and has been brought to the market,” said Mark Heather, Regional Managing Director, Absolute Hotel Services India.
