account suspended leaving airtel

Couples of days back
i recharged from online
the amount was not credited
due to
technical error and the :angry
money is debited from
my bank account

i got no other choice other than to
leave airtel and i am not able to contact friends also

Hi Srikanth. Contact the airtel customer care with proper transaction number and other details. They might provide u with refund or they might process the recharge. This doesnt happen often. Its happens very rarely but im sure Airtel will provide necessary solution if u have proper evidence. After all they are the best in the industry.

Pls check your bank account balance after 10 days.If amount not credited.Contact bank and collect the transaction details and send it to Nodal desk.They will resolve your issue.
