MUMBAI: The Rajasthan Court has decided that star or not, no rules will be bent. Smoking in public is illegal in the State as per the Rajasthan Prevention of Smoking Act. After actor Shah Rukh Khan was summoned for smoking during an IPL match, now its Ranbir Kapoor's turn.

The actor has been summoned on June 26 by the Udaipur court for smoking on the sets of his upcoming film 'Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani', pursuant to a complaint filed by resident Harish Vaishnav. According to The Rajasthan Prevention of Smoking Act, if a person is found guilty of smoking in public places, he can be sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of six months or a fine of Rs. 200.
