After Tatasky technician visit, HD channels are freezing frames.

Earlier i was not getting HD channels.
I registered compalin with Tatasky.
Tatasky provided free visit.
Now the HD channels are visible but frames freezes every 5 seconds.
Frames are also freezing on Channel 100 but not on other SD channels.
Shall i call Tatasky customer care again?

But, when this is the third day, it is still updating, eg tatasky, D2 DTH,, Dishtv,.all r freezing, bn white picture, low volume, no star utsav tv ,
Etc etc.good it is the long Easter weekends.but hoping that by Tuesday morning all the tv providers work overnight tonight n fix their disturbance
Before I Wakeup on Tuesday morning, 7 th April.
