Seeking Help Airtel change plan - JIO Sms not working

Hi,

I like to change my plan as "TN Regional 6Mnth pack" - 991 Rs. Tried SMS as ADD ABP06578 from JIO but no response.
Anyone able to help me.? I will share my number.

The current balance is Rs. 1,010.40 - Tn Superstar Sd 12m Pack Gt .. Rs. 246.00/month

I tried all options in the IVR to reach customer care and changed my plan.

12150 CALL
skip extreme box - Press 2 immediately.
skip plan suggestion/ offer - Press 2 immediately.
The main menu - patiently listen to the full menu and Press 1 (technical section).
Again patiently listen to the all error code and Press 5 (other errors)
Wait in the queue and reach the customer care rep after some time.

Bro for me sms to 54325 from jio are working. Previously for me it was not working but I did a top up of Rs.10 and after that it works.

Anyways you can send sms from other number also like from your relatives or friend.

Send following sms from non registered mobile: ADD ABP06578 3XXXXXXXXX.
Where 3XXXXXXXXX is your customer ID.

After that you will receive 4 digit otp on registered mobile. Now send that otp from non registered mobile as TOP XXXX to 54325.

You will shortly receive confirmation sms. Its done.
