Same here, the channel shows that my account is suspended and it shows me the recharge options. While my account is active

Buddy its a channel which is added for subscriber convenience. One can go on 997, remove EPG banner.. Wait for 30 or so and QR Code will appear which can be scanned for doing recharge. This channel will be put on default when account is inactive and box is switched on
