I have booked new HD box at Amazon @ Rs.1220 on 28 August 2019, 18:30.
Airtel Digital TV HD Set Top Box with 1 Month Value: Amazon.in: Electronics
Before that I have interacted with seller about package details as I wanted Telugu channels only, even they confirmed as we will give higher package.(local distributor price is rs.2200)
My order was dispatched on 29 August 2019, 11:25, got customer id on tracking number.
Even I have called to customer care, they also got update on same time.
On same day my parents got call from local distributor about address confirmation and they said installation will be done on tomorrow.
On next day 30/08/19 @ 4 pm, got another call from local distributor as they said tomorrow we will come for installation due to time schedule issue.
Further updates will be updated...
Note: currently I am using Airtel DTH from past 9 years.
