Nowadays it gives a lot of problem. I cant add or remove a top-up..At times it does not work for a day..

Umesh bro, this problem has been there from a very long period, it works fine for few days and then again the problem reoccurs, may be a backend or server issue.

I am not sure what it is. I usually check my self care on weekends and there is always a problem to access and surf the selfcare portal..

There is an alternative to it. One can use My Airtel app..
