Seeking Help airtel digital tv temporary suspend / card usage

one of my friend has adth having more than 5000 rs balance and nobody is using it as he is using jio fibre now.
He wants to pause it , is there any way possible ?

Can i take the card from him and use it in my airtel box . his box has card insertion slot at back

I think you could not. But you have to bring the card along with the box.

Yes you can suspend the service temporarily by simply calling customer care.
