Dear friends,
Most of the airtel DTH users is not happy about complexity of channel browsing on airtel DTH from day 1 of its launch.
In India, most of the private DTH users are migrant from analog cable TV platform or DD Free dish platform.
In that platform we can make the channel lines up as per our choice by manually like what analog cable platform and DD Free Dish is still allowing it's customer can move any channel to any Channel location.
Or
At least, airtel DTH should facilitate to make a favorite channel location number like what videocon d2h allowing to manual setup 1 , 2 , 3.... upto 70 Or at least airtel should increase favourite channels group from 4 to 10.
Most of the old age people, senior citizens is difficult to remember all their channel location numbers in mind.
This drawback is major setback for airtel DTH platform.
I complained about this many times at airtel dth helpline but they won't care about...
Please share your views here and it will help to reach airtel DTH technical team.
