special update is 11483 tp polarisation is changed horizantal to vertical and symbol rate changes to 25600 to 28800..
11520v,11560v,11600v tps symbol rate change to 28800 to 30000

just now i checked nothing happened to 11483h tp. now with 26600 symbolrate only.

Check LNB. Some time it can give both polarization signal by specific adjustment on same tp.

Polarization is depend on uplink station. If uplink is in H then downlink is available on V.
