Seeking Help Airtel dth validity date

From yesterday evening my airtel dth account validity is showing wrong unable to contact customer care any suggestions
I have subscribed UDP pack 1349 rs which has expiry date 12/03/21
My main account balance is 1385 rs and I have subscribed 8 alacarte channels of rs 12
Previously my expiry date of main ac balance was showing 23/11/2031 but now its showing date 01/12/2020

I activated UDP PACK reacharged 1349 and removed my alcarte and broadcaster package
But Airtel thanks app show my monthly rent 216 (153+63)ncf+airtel bundle

This pack monthly cost is 216 rs per month after your validity is over
