Discussion Airtel extra ncf charge

From today my airtel dth account showing extra NCF charge .

I have subscribe to UDP pack yearly 1349 ₹

I have subscribe only 7 alacarte channels which is around 28 ₹ per month but system is showing other rent around 54₹ in which extra ncf is added

My main ac balance is around 1369 ₹

My UDP pack expiry date is 12/03/21 so my due date after expiry should be around 20/08/21

After adding only 1alacarte channel IDV charges are applying what is the reason ?

This is very old rule. Airtel gives option to add few chs above bouquet without extra charge (incase bouquet has number of chs equalling or slightly exceeding slab)... If u add above the mandated free limit then extra slab charges r applicable but good thing is now only 1 extra slab available and in this u can include as many chs u want

But till yesterday there was no limit of adding channels in my bouquet and 10 alacarte channels were added without any extra slab ...

After adding 47 alacarte channels for trial there was 53₹ IDV charge

I have also subscribed UDP 12M new pack and subscribed 5 broadcater bouquet without any additional IDV but today I addded zoom and then checked that IDV of Rs.26.5 also added.

I also checked that UDP ch. count is 71 and I am able to add 4 extra chs but from 5th channel IDV is getting added.

Till yesterday I was able to add upto 200 SD chs but from today only 4 chs can be added.

May be technical issue. Bcoz after NTO 2.0 Airtel has increased channel capacity upto 200 SD channels

75 channels only for UDP pack. Other regular package capacity is upto 200 SD channels.

Now I changed my pack and in value sports able to subscribe 200 SD chs without extra ncf.

Bcoz in UDP already NCF charges r quite less than Rs. 153 which is basic slab cost hence as u add more chs and reach 200 chs it will keep leading to gradual increase in NCF
