Airtel Forcing to select HIGH Base pack instead of NCF

Just saw their plans ,there is no base pack of 154 rs to select. Isn't it against trai guideline?

But why do you want that pack?
That pack just contains FTA channels & are counted in NCF slab whereas airtel provides all FTA channels & few pay channels for free with any plan.
Just activate any 10 paise channel & you'll get the FTA channels. If you don't want to activate pay channel then activate that FTA pack by calling CC.

It's a fta channel which is not a part of fta pack
