SEnd below letter on 26 of march on all known email adress along with long disscution with number of CC, but no reply so far.

Dear CEO Airtel.


This is with reference to my multi tv connection which I brought on 25th
march, I have faced many problems and I am also under impression that the 2nd connecting is the repaired one system with under grade hardware.
I wish you to look in the matter immediately.
The evidence clearly shows that airtel is cheating people by
talking the advantage of the 31st march digitalization deadline by
providing them old /repaired hardware I request to refund my money as early as possible for both the recorder.

I have placed the order to your crevice center /distributer at
Nasik and system been delivered to me .I was shocked to see that the remote
control in the box was “used one “having all the traces of the rough
handling and scratch mark. I immediately brought into the notice of the
engineer ,he admitted the fact but not able to answer me at all. Also the system he brought not able to take the first installation signal. I refuse to take the delivery . After some time he brought one more
system .I found the system is working but not able to conform the exact GB
capacity of the hard disk through software ( In this case also the engineer
not able to answer me properly.) he was referring to me for the written
mark on the system .But if you can place used remote control in the new
pack why not the under capacity hard disk ??( This mean the 320 GB instead
of 500 GB.). Also the remote control along with
the system is not catching the universal remote function that means not
tuning along with the my LG LCD TV.
I already send two email on [email protected] ,121, airtelpresence but there is no reply except auto generated reply. I request to refund my money as I found the your cervices is not upto mark.

Kindly refund the money for my both the hardware
