Yesterday i recharged my account with Rs. 1750 to activate South Max Advance Rental Annual Pack (Pay for 10 Months and get 2 Months Free). Which means my next renewal date will be 25/07/2015 instead it shows 21/07/2015 four days prior in my web portal. Queried about this to Customer care that fellow executive says "Sir we will be calculating a month according to 30 days, so 30*10+2=360 days in a year so your next renewal date will be on 21/07/2015 only" Never got such a hilarious explanation about this calculations in any industry before, i was scintillating for few minutes. Are you???

Absolutely.... Airtel has used trick words for "annual pack" as "advance rental" where pack is counted as 30days * 12 = 360 days and not 365days as in tata sky.
This condition is mentioned in airtel website.
Don't know about other operators.
