I'm not sure why are they being so thick headed, their biggest rival and competitor TataSky is a live example how they should be dealing.

There's a bug in counting total number of channels.
I have selected 75 channels but it shows 64 at the confirmation page.


Then I selected 116 channels & it shows 86 at the confirmation page but NCF was charged for 116 channels.



I don't think they're providing any channel without NCF. It's just a counting mistake.
