Airtel HD+ remote on/off problem

Hi frnds

My airtel HD+ is 40day old, now noticing a small issue - whenever I switch on the STB (via remote), it doesn't ON imdly...it ON/OFF/gets blank (red>> green>> red>>green>> blank), only after 3-4 attempts Iam able to on :huh

before speaking to airtel CC,just wanted to chk, if anyone faced similar prob and resolved themself, or having pendrive in STB back,does that create this prob ?

this is software issue only,just wait til next auto update.

If the STB was in stand by mode, then u wont face such issue. If u just switched on the power, it will take nearly 20 to 30 seconds to initialize.
No problem in STB or Remote.

hmm, do u say then this is normal ? since I have used d2h also, never faced such issue

also, does having pendrive always in STB(for recording) takes time-lag in this initialisation?

register complaint regarding this issue,this is not a normal issue rarely happen sometimes.

@mpvelu,thanks and ur right, I observed this 2-3 times since yesterday, by keeping in standby/ switch off. The issue happens only when power is switched off then on and then STB is switched on imdly and this prob occurs

I will cross-chk/observe this next 2 days, bef calling CC.
