Airtel irritating in the case of channel realignment

Simply rearrange malayalam and bengali channels,then they become silent...very slow...irritate too much...
 
No subsections of regional channels. 100s of regional channels kept under one head. Logo hiding faces on news channels. Sometimes i feel whether there is anyone present in adtv innovation team or not.
