Seeking Help airtel not showing broadcaster bouquet

"Can anyone please help me understand why the broadcaster bouquet is not showing up in my Airtel app? I am an Airtel Black customer and have been facing this issue for the last two months. I have contacted the Airtel team multiple times via email, Twitter, and phone, but no one has been able to resolve the issue. Could you please help me correct this?"
