Airtel overcharging customers over topper tv

So my son was switching on the tv when he saw an ad for topper tv for 70rupees, he told me he wanted to watch topper tv which was not available, so I was about to buy it when my son saw the actual cost of topper tv was 59 rupees and he told me I was being scammed. As a father, I see this as being too costly, I could not believe it!
