Airtel Signal Issue

hey guys. today my friend got airtel HD and it was working fine in the beginning and then his technician did factory reset and this happened. please look at that error code. how to fix it? we did manual software update but no help. please help me fix this. thanks

from your given screenshot it seems , its due to cloudy atmosphere.
if the issue till not resolved, poease give it a try. ...
select ses-7 tp-25 at entry point. and see it solve or not.
if not, then it could be wiring issue.
