Airtel Xstream unable to view channels

Hi

I bought Airtel Xstream 2 days back, first day it was working properly, From Next day i am not able to see channels. I am able to hear only noise from that particular channel. I am also able to change the channel. Only audio is available. Does any one facing the same issue.
