airteltv consumer number

Hi, i have taken an AirtelTV connection here in Myanmar, through a 3rd party. He has given me a consumer number, and the STB has a VC number also. The menu does not show consumer number or RTN. All channels are working fine.
My question is how to confirm if the consumer number is connected to this VC? And can i register without RTN ?
