Discussion All Insat 4A C Band Channels Shifted to Insat 4B at 83* east.

C Band & Ku Band Satellite Insat 4A @83* east is facing signal issues & it's going to Shutting Down Soon. So Now All C Band Channels is shifting to a New Satellite "Insat 4B which is located at 83* east.

Now Insat 4B will be used for C Band Channels while GSAT-31 will be used for Ku Band Transponders.

Now Insat 4B will be used for C Band Channels while GSAT-31 will be used for Ku Band Transponders.

As expected and being speculated from month - Shifting started and finally observe the Day Light.

TS will also change all parameters now to GSat 31 or if this was done then will rename Insat 4A with GSat 31.

It was launched in 2007. It was on 111.2E and it was changed to 83E on Oct12 2019
