i have a doubt.is insat-4a dont have vertical polarities? Why i am asking is, all other dth are using H and V polarities of a tp.but ts uses only H. clear my doubt.

yes. Insat 4a has no vertical polarity. this is satellite configuration. Tatasky can't do anything.
