Seeking Help Alternative Password for the Installation password

Hi,
Can you please tell me, what can the alternative for the installation password. I searched all my resources, and getting the same reply, the first time password to log in is "1234". BUT ITS NOT HELPING ME. Any suggestion would be appreciated!

Hi, Thanks for the reply but I am not looking for satellite management password.

Just factory reset your STB. And use 1234 as installation password.
